Who is the workshop for?

The workshop is designed for small teams, typically agencies or consultancies, from 2 to 30 people who have been around for several years but may now be pivoting. You have proven results and a unique approach, but even if you've gone through a positioning process, you're still not happy with your messaging or copy. The likelihood is that it's 80% there, and it might just be missing that certain something to make it sing, and land with ideal clients.

Who is it not for?

It’s not as well suited for:

  • Early-stage businesses that are still proving their approach
  • Larger organisations, with multiple stakeholders - you need a custom solution

Do we need a workshop if we’ve already written a brief?

Possibly not, although if you decide it's valuable after we've talked, this part of the process is essentially free as the cost of the workshop + strategy is put towards the project fee.

Most of my clients have spent a lot of time on positioning, many have even hired a copywriter already, yet their messaging still doesn't sound right.
